Mrs. Louise NZANGA RAMAZANI is a career diplomat and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Germany since December 2023.

She was previously appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Congo to the Kingdom of Spain by presidential order in 2018.

Louise NZANGA RAMAZANI also previously served as Consul General of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Antwerp (Belgium) (2010).

In 2007, she was a member of the Congolese Delegation to the United Nations in New York in the Socio-Political Commission.

From 2003 to 2010, she was Chargée d'Affaires and Head of the Diplomatic Mission of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Ottawa (Canada), a country where women have their rightful place.

A native of Bolobo, in the province of Bandundu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ms. NZANGA RAMAZANI is Founder and President of the MASIKINI Foundation, a child's love, which specializes in providing support for destitute and idle children. She campaigns against all kinds of violence against women and children.
