Luxury at BER? It really exists. In a lounge that can be used regardless of the airline and also regardless of the booking class. But it is not exactly inexpensive. In an international, but also in a German comparison, the lounge is the lonely leader in terms of price.
Guests have to pay 464 euros for a 3-hour stay and 226 euros for each additional person. This applies, mind you, to a single entry. If you want it even more luxurious, you have to pay 119 euros more for a suite for up to 4 people. Prior reservation or booking is indispensable.
What is offered in return
A personal VIP service, which includes separate handling of passport formalities and security checks. Luggage (up to 2 pieces) is also taken care of, and an accompanying person may assist. If a boarding pass has not yet been printed out, this is also taken care of by the service. The dishes offered in the restaurant area meet international standards and the selection of beverages is also well sorted.
Smokers will find an oversized humidor in the smokers’ lounge with a fine selection of cigars from the renowned specialist shop Zigarren Herzog. From this lounge, as from the other areas, the hustle and bustle on the tarmac can be easily observed. A separate rest area offers relaxation and, of course, passengers can freshen up in a well-equipped shower before their journey.
Throughout, the staff strive to provide guests with a special personal service in an exclusive setting. A conference area can accommodate up to 8 people and can be booked additionally. In the lounge itself, there are separate areas where you can work in peace and quiet. Or simply relax.
Passengers can access the Zeitgeist Lounge from Terminal 1 and – for vehicles – via a signposted parking deck in multistorey car park 1, where the chauffeur/taxi driver also receives a free exit ticket.
